Problems with placing orders on the web site: Typically, if the credit card and billing address is not an exact match then your bank will decline the order. In that case, please change the address. We also advise customers in these situations to use your Paypal accounts if you have one. For all other problems, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are a small retailer and not a big distributor or importer. Therefore, we keep our wholesale program very simple. Its available to manufacturers & re-sellers as long as they have a re-sale certificate from their state. We simply offer you a 25% discount on your order of $500 or more on non-perishable items only. You can order multiple times at your leisure directly on the web site. Simply send an email to request the discount coupon to email@example.com with "Wholesale" in the subject line.
Important Notes related to the Wholesale Program:
- Perishable items like Cheese and Smoked Fish are not available for wholesale prices.
- Shipping Charges are additional.
- There are NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES for wholesale orders. We highly suggest that you place a small sample order first to make the sure that the item is right for your needs.
- The wholesale discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
