Agro di Mosto Balsamic
Il Casolare Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Trapani Sea Salt
Black Tellicherry Pepper

Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Fill each cavity 2/3 full with Agro di Mosto Balsamic and a teaspoon of Il Casolare Extra Virgin Olive Oil; sprinkle with Trapani Sea Salt and freshly ground black Tellicherry Pepper to taste.
