OliveNation 10% Referral Program
The OliveNation Referral program is our way of saying thank you for shopping at OliveNation and for telling your friends and family about us. Earning referral Points is easy. You simply tell a friend about OliveNation and when they order the first time you get 10% of that order amount deposited in your OliveNation account as Points. You can redeem the deposited Points whenever you place an order to make a full or partial payment.
How do I refer a friend to OliveNation?
You have to BE an existing customer at OliveNation with an account and valid login id and at least one order. The friend you are referring CANNOT BE an existing customer of OliveNation.
Your family or friend simply has to use the referral code or link that you give them when they place their first order.
Simply copy your Referral code or referral URL (or link) from your Account page.

Where can I see my Referral Points balance?
Your Points balance can be viewed by visiting your “Account” page. You must log in to your account to see this information. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and view the My Referral Account section.
How are Referral Points calculated?
Referral Points are calculated at TEN percent of total purchases before shipping, taxes when a referred friend places their first order.
Please note: the friend should use the referral code or referral link in their first order for the 10% to be credited to your account. Points will be credited to your account when their order has been shipped.
If I am the friend who received the referral Code what should I do?
If you are the friend who was referred and is placing your first order then either simply use the link sent to you to arrive at OliveNation (and just shop) and place your order OR apply the referral code to the referral field which you check out. See below:
Can I (the referee or friend) use a coupon for my order as well?
Of course, please use any valid or current marketing coupon) But, a coupon code is different from referral code. Please enter coupon code in the coupon field and referral code in the referral field.
How accurate are the Points balances shown on the account page?
Your account may not be updated if we haven’t shipped your friends order yet. Also, Points may be adjusted based on returns or exchanges.
Referral Points for returned and exchanged merchandise are updated manually and may not be correctly represented every day. We will do our best to see that the information in updated regularly.
How do I use my OliveNation Points?
At OliveNation we simply apply points to a gift certificate assigned to you. The gift certificate number and balance amount is shown in the My Referral Account section under your Accounts tab.
During check out and payment, simply apply your gift certificate number in the appropriate field.
Point balances and associated gift certificates cannot be refunded, transferred, combined or redeemed for cash. Points are issued online to members when orders have been shipped.
Points expire the last day of the calendar year, 1 year following the year in which they are issued and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
Expired, lost or misdirected Points will not be reissued.
Points not received by the Member due to incorrect email addresses or referral code will not be reissued.
There is no maximum on the amount of Points a Member can receive.
